Avateq Corp. has released a new firmware upgrade for AVQ1020 - ActiveCore RF Layer Monitoring Receiver. Along with general system performance improvements, Avateq introduces a new functionality - a parameter variation plot.
As users are aware, AVQ1020 features logging engine that records alarms and main parameters. Parameter logging is capable of holding 1000 records and can be customized with a snapshot interval setting from 1 to 240 minutes.
In previous versions, in order to analyze data, a user had to download a CSV file from the Control Panel. The new feature brings easier access to the download as well as visualization of data in the main web interface. To assist with data analysis, the system allows data selection, plot zooming, and panning. Plotted over time domain, the new feature helps to recognize signal and transmitter performance degradation and view signal abnormalities.
AVQ1020 ActiveCore RF Layer Monitoring Receiver is a cost-effective remote signal processing and monitoring platform. It has been designed to provide broadcast engineers with a comprehensive signal analysis to assess the quality of the transmitted signal and to assist in pro-active transmitting system maintenance.
The new firmware is available to all active subscribers to SLSA (service level support agreement). For more information, please email to info@avateq.com
